Recently, Yahoo! Tech columnist David Pogue discussed the Garmin vívofit in his “Pogue Review.” In his piece, he gives a great overview of the various features and also offers a comparison to other fitness and wellness trackers.

Among the features that stood out for Pogue is the one-year battery life of vivofit: “That’s important. A fitness tracker is no good if you don’t use it. And having to remove your band and hunt for its USB cable and charge it is a good way to lose your enthusiasm,” wrote Pogue.

Vívofit is designed to turn your good intentions into lifelong habits. It is the only fitness band with over one year battery life and will automatically provide you with a personalized daily goal while tracking your progress and reminding you when it’s time to move. Vívofit is available for $129.99 or $169.99 when bundled with a heart rate monitor.
