People Really Do Win!
Congratulations to Ray B., of rural Friendship, Maine! Out of literally thousands of entries, he won our Daytona Bike Week-inspired zumo giveaway contest. Ray isn’t a motorcycle kind of guy — he’s more at home on an ATV touring the twisting and turning logging roads through the scenic (but unforgiving) northwoods. Nevertheless, he’s happy to have his new zumo — and he’s a previous Garmin owner:
ATV riding into the Northern Maine wilderness has become very addictive to me. I’ve never ventured onto that maze of long abandoned logging trails without my Garmin eTrex. When darkness or low visibility sneak up (snow storms) and it time to find your way back to camp, the eTrex has proven more than up to the task. A couple of clicks and TrackBack is there to guide you back to camp. My eTrex has easily stood up to the rigors of ATV riding, easy to use, rugged, and accurate. Now I can’t wait to load some Garmin Topo’s into my new Zumo. I’m sure I won’t be disappointed. Shopping for GPS units has been extremely easy for me, I just go to Garmin. I’ve now owned three.
