Keep track of your exercise and nutrition regime by linking your Garmin Connect or Garmin Connect Mobile and MyFitnessPal accounts – now available to all Edge and Forerunner users! The Calories In/Out feature compares calories consumed (which are logged in your MyFitnessPal account) against calories burned (as measured by compatible Garmin devices) to show your net calorie balance for the day.
