ADS-B is something that weighs heavily on the minds of aircraft owners as the January 1, 2020 date looms closer. The baseline requirement of ADS-B “out” capability for transponder-equipped aircraft has been a hot button item in the aviation industry, and the FAA is standing fast on its word that the January 1, 2020 deadline will not be extended. So what does this mean for aircraft owners? For many, it means a lot of stress and headaches, but also the potential to receive beneficial traffic and weather. Fortunately, we have the prescription to take care of those stresses.

We are proud to announce the launch of the Garmin ADS-B HelpLine. We have a team of dedicated Garmin Aviation experts who will work with you to provide guidance through the market and work with you in determining the ADS-B solution that is right for you. From Cessna 150s all the way through Citation jets, we will evaluate the needs and goals for every owner/pilot and assist in determining the best solution. Whether it is the buyer on a budget looking for basic “out” requirements, or someone looking for all the latest bells and whistles in traffic awareness and weather integration, we are here to help!

You can reach the Garmin ADS-B HelpLine team by calling 1-844-GET-ADSB or by emailing ADSB@garmin.com. We look forward to hearing from you and providing you with the answers you need.
