Garmin grabs partnership with Texas Team Trail
We are partnering with the Texas Team Trail presented by Cabela’s (TXTT) for 2015. Garmin will display its popular line of sonar and GPS devices designed for the freshwater anglers on the Trail.
"Garmin has been a great partner and has some incredible technology for anglers and outdoorsmen," said Mike Hastings, Texas Team Trail tournament director. "The Grand Giveaway program adds a really cool incentive for TXTT anglers as well. We're excited to have them back on board for 2015."
Also, Garmin will offer a $1,000 "Grand Giveaway" bonus to any team that wins a TXTT event in 2015 fishing from a boat equipped with fix-mounted Garmin electronics.
The 2015 Garmin lineup features its exclusive DownVü
and SideVü scanning the clearest sonar picture on the market, which provide a near picture quality representation of objects, structure and fish that are found both underneath and on the side of the boat.
These detailed images give anglers the most ideal spots and depths for underwater fishing.
"When it comes to freshwater fishing, Garmin has long been a leader in technology and equipment designed specifically for anglers," said Ted Gartner, Garmin's director of corporate communications. "Our partnership with the Texas Team Trail is a great opportunity to build on that legacy.”
