Coach Jenny Hadfield’s epic ElliptiGO ride

Support vehicleThe borderJenny Hadfield is a Chicago-based coach, endurance athlete and author who’s always up for a new adventure. Jenny and her husband, John “the Penguin” Bingham, have owned about eight Garmin devices, including zūmo for their motorcycles, nüvi for the car, Edges for their bikes and Forerunners in about every flavor. Note the photos of the dashboard of Jenny’s support vehicle, with dual Garmin guidance. Her notes in Garmin Connect detail how she met the perfect conditions on day five of her journey — cool temps, a gentle tailwind, moon lighting the way. So after ElliptiGOing 100 miles that day, she made “a strategic decision to keep riding.” And logged 133.5 miles, the longest single-day excursion on ElliptiGO. Congrats to Jenny on completing this epic ElliptiGO ride and putting one more Garmin-guided adventure in the record books. Are you ready to try ElliptiGO? Find out where you can take a test ride.
