Caddy Confidential: Seeing through the trees
Hello Garmin Golf Fans! On this fine April Fool's Day, we are pleased to announce that we're adding Tree Line Coverage to the Hole View screens for the Approach G5 and G3. (And thankfully, this is no joke!)
If you're like this humble caddy and you play a tree lined course, you'll soon be able to see a detailed layout of the trees lining your fairways. Initially, we're adding Tree Line Coverage to about 500 courses, and then we'll be progressively adding this feature to our entire course map library. So be sure to look for this new feature whenever you download new course maps.
Speaking of courses – if you still don't see your course on our list of U.S. and Canadian courses, just drop us a line here. We'll do our best to get your course teed up lickety-split. 'Til next time, keep hitting 'em straight and try to stay outta the trees!
