Aviation Anticipation for Oshkosh
EAA AirVenture is only a month away and people are already starting to pack their camping gear and finalizing their travel plans. Garmin is also busy finalizing travel plans and trying to figure out who is going and also, how they are traveling to Oshkosh. But travel worries aside, we are planning a special little something for all pilots at our Chicago Store— just think of it as a warm-up to Oshkosh! On July 11, from 6-9 p.m., the Garmin Store in Chicago will be hosting an aviation event that will have Julie Boatman from AOPA, an FAA Wings program and a seminar on Garmin aviation products. The best part? The Chicago event is free, with food provided and prizes, too. But if you still need more convincing, as if this isn’t enough, yours truly will be there, too. It just can’t get any better!
