Welcome to Oshkosh AirVenture 2015
The booth is set, our team has arrived and we’re getting ready for a great week at AirVenture Oshkosh 2015. This year we have exciting announcements to go along with our new, larger exhibit location and more training opportunities than ever.
This week we’re thrilled to make the following announcements:
- All-Digital Bluetooth GMA 350c, GMA 35c and GMA 350Hc Audio Panel designed for fixed-wing aircraft and helicopters that incorporates Bluetooth technology for wireless access to music, phone, Garmin PilotTM and more.
- Garmin Connext ecosystem expanded to include Garmin aera 796/795 aviation portable GPS, ForeFlight Mobile and Jeppesen Mobile FliteDeck.
- Customer requested enhancements to the GTN touchscreen avionics, including customized holds, NextGen navigation capability, animated NEXRAD radar, fuel range ring, and search and rescue patterns.
- Team X introduced a number of products, including the GPS 20A – a cost effective ADS-B out position source for EAB/LSA aircraft, GMC 307 Autopilot Control Panel, GSU 25B high-performance ADAHRS and additional G3X Touch functionality.
- New Garmin PilotTM features including automated logbook, nearest navigation, and density altitude calculations and information on the weather tab.
In addition to these exciting announcements, we have two dedicated Garmin seminar tents located next to the exhibit that offers forums on everything from Garmin PilotTM all the way thru GTN series avionics. We are also offering hands-on scenario-based training courses with the Garmin GTN 650/750 and G500/600 avionics at the Hilton Garden Inn on the Oshkosh airfield July 21, 22 and 23.
