Team Milram finishes strong in Giro d’Italia


FeaturepegspostsThe 21-stage Giro d’Italia race finished last Sunday, June 3, with Danilo Di Luca of Liquigas winning the overall title, as expected. Riders for Team Milram used Garmin’s Edge cycle computers to track their rides and then uploaded to MotionBased. In a previous post, we gave props to Team Milram’s Alessandro Petacchi for his wins of stages 3, 7 and 11. Petacchi edged out other riders with two more exciting sprint finishes, winning stage 18 and the final, stage 21. See the pic of Petacchi’s triumphant finish at Milano.
