Rent A nüvi on Your Next Trip
There’s good news around the bend for those folks finding themselves in a quandary of whether or not to buy a GPS device. Announced earlier this week, Dollar Thrifty will now offer the Garmin nüvi 660 at 90 of their Dollar Rent A Car and Thrifty CarRental stores across the country. This deal stems from a previous agreement with Dollar Thrifty that placed the Garmin StreetPilot c330 in almost 300 stores. Now, for just $11.99 a day, customers can not only navigate a hot vacation spot or a small, middle-of-nowhere town family reunion with ease, but this also enables customers to try out the Garmin nüvi product line and see what the hype really is all about. Chosen for it’s versatility and portability, the 660 offers turn-by-turn directions on a wide, touchscreen display, with preloaded maps, Bluetooth capability, traffic updates and more. Still not enough nüvi information for you? Check out the 660 mini site for more!
So the next time you’re out for a family vacation, an out-of-town business trip or whatever else strikes your fancy, pick up a nüvi while you pick up your rental car. You’ll wonder how you ever traveled without one!
