Christine explained how it’s impossible to achieve a constant state of equilibrium because…life happens. However, you can still try to achieve balance between fitness and eating right. She ended her final blog by providing a way to attain steadiness in five steps.
No Meat Athlete: No Easy Task: How to Balance Food, Fitness, and the Rest of your Life
Matt provided three things that are very difficult to accomplish when trying to balance fitness and healthy eating. 1) Prioritizing while making sacrifices 2) Finding motivation 3) Being present in the moment. Cotter Crunch: What Does it Take to Live a Balance Life?

Justin finished off his blog series by discussing the importance of not comparing yourself to athletes at the top of their discipline. He and She Eat Clean: Tips to Find Balance in your Healthy Lifestyle

Just a Colorado Gal: Finding Balance
Heather described how difficult it is to become good at one thing because she always focuses on multiple activities like training for a big race, CrossFit, skiing and exploring the backcountry. She ultimately realized that finding balance is all about letting go.
