Have it your way

To configure screens on Forerunner, press the mode button to get to the main menu. Select settingsgeneraldata fields. Then select which screen you want to customize. A pop-up window lets you select how many data fields you want to show. Keep in mind that the more fields you choose, the smaller they will be displayed on the device. Now use the up/down arrow keys to move among the data fields and highlight any you want to change. Press enter, then use the up/down arrow keys to scroll through the list. Choose an item from the list and press enter. Continue the process until you have all the data fields set up like you want, and press mode to exit.

Pretty much same as above for customizing the Edge — press mode to get to the main menu, then select settingsdata fields. Select which screen you want to customize. Note that you can also customize your bike profile, user profile, heart rate zones (Edge 305), map page, workouts and more from these submenus. Again, you can select the number of data fields you want to display and what goes in each field. When the screen is set up to your liking, press mode to exit.
