GPSMAP 700 series now shipping
The GPSMAP 700 series, Garmin's first touchscreen controlled standalone chartplotter, is now shipping! These 7-inch plotters pack a powerful punch, and bring a new level of functionality to your vessel. They bring fully menu-driven touchscreen control and radar interface to a compatct chartplotter at a great value price. Flexability is the name of the game as each unit in the new 700 series offers full NMEA 2000 connectivity for engine, fuel, autopiot, VHF and other data monitoring. Garmin also offers the GPSMAP 720s and 740s combo models, which feature a built-in 1-kilowatt capable sonar transceiver.
