I recently purchased a Garmin nüvi 360 and have been really pleased and
excited with it Yesterday, after only a week of use, I experienced a problem.
After talking with a Garmin technical person, I was asked to return the unit for
replacement. I called UPS at approximately 3:30 PM DEC 5. Today, DEC 6 at
11:30 AM UPS picked up the return GPS and delivered a replacement at the same
time. I called and talked to another support person to express my surprise at
the extra fast service. I am 69 years old, an Army Officer for 23 years, owned
a business for 22 years. I have 3 college degrees and have had numerous contacts
with all sizes of companies. I have never experienced the courtesy,
professionalism and speed of service like I just had with Garmin. I am
impressed and will be your supporter and spokesman for life.
