Garmin teams ready to compete at SKA Nationals
The 2014 Mercury SKA National Championship is this weekend in Biloxi, Mississippi, and Garmin is on-site for all of the action! Representing Garmin on the water at this year's Nationals are Captain Bill Platt with Team Papotanic, Captain Steve Sprague with Team Tuppins, Captain Jason Solano with Team Total Chaos and Captain Neal Foster with Team Intense. Each boat is equipped with the latest and greatest in Garmin Marine technology, including GPSMAP 8212 multifunction displays and GSD 26 black-box sonars that take high-definition targeting in deep-sea sport fishing to a whole new level.
The teams will start fishing tomorrow (thanks in part to today's weather delay), followed by the awards ceremony on Sunday.
