Garmin sightings at AirVenture Oshkosh
EAA AirVenture Oshkosh has closed its gates for 2008, and all the planes have left the field. We had a great time at the show and it seemed like everywhere we went we ran into Garmin avionics. The G1000 is now standard avionics on over a dozen airframes by numerous manufacturers. Whether you were at Garmin’s booth or another aircraft OEM, it was hard to not see Garmin glass. Here’s a photo montage from the show that gives you a taste of all the places you could see Garmin avionics at — other than the Garmin booth that is.
