Garmin selected by Maritimo at the Sydney Boat Show
The Sydney International Boat Show wrapped up earlier this week, where Garmin announced that it was selected as the electronics and navigation brand of choice for the owner of Maritimo's brand new M45 Motoryacht, which was released at the Sydney show. The M45 is equipped with twin GPSMAP 7012, a GHP 10V Volvo Autopilot system, GMR 24HD radome, GSD 24 black-box sounder and a VHF 300i with an AIS receiver. The system will also run Garmin BlueChart g2 Vision, which features Garmin's patented Auto Guidance capability that searches through relevant charts to create a safe path that avoids low bridges, shallow water and other charted obstructions.
