Garmin Aviation Support Earns 13th Straight AIN Honor


Here at Garmin, we take great pride in customer service, striving for excellence in all facets. We know how important avionics are to any aircraft, as well as it’s pilot, and ultimately how any potential issue could affect airworthiness. Today, for the 13th straight year, we are excited to announce we’ve received AIN’s top award for avionics product support!

AIN’s annual survey polls customers on what kind of support they are receiving from each manufacturer. They are asked to rate, on a scale from 1 to 10 the quality of service they have received in the previous 12 months. The categories include: parts availability cost of parts, AOG response, warranty fulfillment, technical manuals (ease of use, formats and timeliness of updating), technical reps and overall product reliability. These figures are then averaged to come to award the overall standings, where this year we garnered an 8.2 out of 10!
