Celebrate Copernicus' heliocentric view of the solar system with this distinctive watch face. The Heliocentric features the inner solar system planets in their current positions around the sun. The large image of Earth appears as it would look right now if viewed from the Sun through a telescope, favoring the northern hemisphere in June and the southern in December.
The moon phase indicator makes it possible for you to discern spring tide and neap tide. If the moon is new or full, the tidal range is at maximum, which means spring tide. If the moon is in its first or third quarter, then the tidal range is at its minimum, which means neap tide. For an added fun effect, a meteor streaks across the watch face at times.
