Chet’s Corner: Urban Photo Safari
Some of you might remember from this time last year that it’s time again for the Urban Photo Safari. This little shindig is put on by the King Garmin Blogger himself, and I will be attending to defend my title that I won last year.
This year the contest is moving to Lawrence, KS, the home of my mighty Jayhawks, and this change of venue should really change the contest and subject matter quite a bit. I’m pretty excited to see what people come up with. Don’t forget that you can navigate the city of Jayhawks, by using your Forerunner 305. What better way to see where you’re going and where you’ve been while taking pictures around town!
So good ol’ Chet is off to the Wakarusa Festival tonight only to get up bright and early tomorrow to begin my title defense. (Good thing they’re both in Lawrence!) Wish me and all the other participants a little photographic and creative luck and we’ll be back again next week.
