Ask Garmin: Add a home address to your nϋvi

Thanks for the good question. Since the question is about changing the nϋvi's home address information, it assumes that a home address was added previously. So, let's start at the beginning by setting a home location for the first time. Touch Where to? > Go Home. Then, choose one of the three options – enter my address, use my current location or choose from Recently Found. Once you've set a home location, you can always go back and edit it. Touch the Tools icon at the bottom of the main welcome screen. Then, select My Data > Set Home Location. You'll now see a list of options similar to if you were setting the home location for the first time — enter my address, use my current location or choose from Recently Found. Choose whichever option is appropriate for you. Now whenever you want to navigate home, you can get there by touching Where to? > Go Home.
