Img_3608Wherigowinner"After playing around with the builder," David said in his e-mail to us, "I quickly became aware of the capabilities. So rather than just a multi-cache or a walk-through tour, this cartridge is a murder mystery that you have to solve. You take DNA evidence, fingerprints, talk to suspects and witnesses to find a cache as well as the murder weapon and the primary suspect. (I say primary suspect since this cartridge doesn’t go completely through the judicial process.) Since this whole experience is new, I didn’t make it too difficult and the game pretty much directs you where to go next…or at least hints."

Brad the Engineer joined David and two friends to play the cartridge, which joins several other cool and clever caches that David has hidden in the area. "Strangely enough," Brad said, "no one had played ‘Murder’ with a Colorado yet, making it all the more remarkable that it played so well. I guess that’s proof of the beauty of Wherigo."
