Watch the Wings for Life World Run Live
The Wings for Life World Run is this Sunday on May 3rd. If you are unable to participate in any of the 35 locations worldwide, you can still watch it live! The event kicks off at 11:00 a.m. UTC and you will be able to watch it live on the Wings for Life World Run YouTube Channel.
The broadcast gives you a unique view into all of the different worldwide venues the race is simultaneously taking place in. Broadcasters will jump to different locations so you will always be watching something new from all the various locations. It’s a great way to see all of the beautiful areas and all of the participants running for those who can’t. Check out a preview of what it will look like:
As a reminder, you can support Wings for Life by purchasing a special edition vívofit 2 here. Wings for Life is an international spinal cord research foundation. Their mission is to find a cure for spinal cord injury as they fund world-class scientific research and clinical trials around the globe.
We will be posting all week about the event through our social media channels and will have a Wings for Life World Run takeover on May 2nd and May 3rd. Make sure you follow Garmin Fitness to get a front seat for all of the action taking place this weekend:
