Visit Garmin at NBAA Next Week!
A number of exciting announcements have already been made this week ahead of the 2014 National Business Aviation Association (NBAA) Convention & Exhibition, including several from Garmin! Luckily, we’re only days away from the start of the world’s largest business aviation event where you’ll be able to see the latest we have to offer the business aircraft industry!
This week, we announced our business and transport aircraft ADS-B solution, which is a minimally intrusive solution for operators looking to comply with the demands brought on by NextGen. With our GTX 3000, GDL 88 and Flight Stream 110/210, operators are provided a lower-cost alternative to meet ADS-B Out requirements while adding the capability to receive the benefits of ADS-B In on a mobile device with Garmin Pilot. Adding to our line-up of NBAA announcements, we’ve made some enhancements to the King Air C90 series, including ADS-B Out compliance and the flexibility to build user-defined holds. Also new, the King Air Platinum Plus promotion includes additional upgrades and options for the King Air 200/300 series.
On Sunday, we’re flying our Beechjet 400A down to NBAA, which will be on static display (#255) featuring the G5000 Integrated Flight Deck. The Beechjet took to the skies for its maiden flight with the G5000 IFD on September 16th and we’re thrilled to show everyone this beautiful and modern avionics upgrade. In addition to our static display area, we’ll be showcasing all that we have to offer the business aviation industry indoors in booth #5046.
