Turkey’s tastier after a 10-miler

Thanksgiving morning in northeast KS was sunny, mild and prime time for a 7-mile solo run. My training plan called for a zone 2 workout, so the pace would be leisurely, allowing plenty of time to savor the sights and soak up the silence on low-traffic dirt roads. Forerunner calculated my calorie burn at 752 cals. Good enough for another piece of pie, at the very least.
