2.  Unstructured training

I am in the middle of my 3rd week back training from my 5-week break, so I am still just logging time and getting in some base. The past week or so I have been training when I felt like training or had some friends to go with. Come January 1st, I will have to be so focused on my diet, recovery, sleep, and my detail-oriented workouts. I decided it was best to just relax over Christmas because the high stress time will be here soon enough. With that, I do not recommend being completely blind to what you are doing and putting on a ton of weight. The weight will be a challenge to lose and not a fun task when training starts back up. Everything in moderation :-).

Whatever you choose to do, enjoy it. Happy holidays and remember to hold your loved ones close!
