The “Fitness for Good” Movement – atlasGo

atlasGO, the application that lets users unlock funds for charitable donations or raise awareness for a cause through fitness activities, is now available for Garmin users. For every run, walk, or bike ride, people with a Garmin device can now link their activities with the click of a button in the atlasGO app, and convert their miles for good.

atlasGO is a global community of sweaty change-makers where fitness meets purpose. Individuals, corporations, and nonprofits join forces to create positive awareness around social and environmental issues, and to accelerate impactful change. Through an integration with the Garmin Health API, atlasGO allows users to easily share their Garmin activity data and participate in the campaigns that matter most to them.

“Our aim is to make it as easy as possible for our members to convert their miles into good,” said Magali Mathieu, Co-Founder and Chief Partnership Builder of atlasGO. “Garmin is a global leader in wearables, and we’re thrilled to collaborate with them to bring our service to more athletes around the world.”

“We’re excited to work with atlasGO because their mission to get both businesses and individuals active perfectly aligns with Garmin Health’s mission,” said Sean McNamara, Manager, Garmin Health. “Garmin users now have access to a platform to track their activity, while benefiting social and environmental causes.”
