I’ve finally decided to purchase a GPS that was affordable – the Street Pilot i3 was a great buy. I live in Germany (working for the U.S. Government) and if you’ve ever driven in this country you can attest to the fact that city street signs are next to non-existent so having this product, I no longer need to worry about causing an accident while trying to find the street that I’m on or where I need to go – the i3 does it all for me. I would like to pass on a mounting tip to future buyers of this product. Enclosed is a picture of how I mounted the i3 in my truck, I find this a much better position than putting it in the middle of the windshield and you can hear it much better as well.
