Team Slipstream: Pedaling to the top
With three top-ten finishes in stage 5, the Slipstream team is creating quite the buzz in the last days of the Tour of California. Even The New York Times is highlighting the teams stellar performances! The results from yesterday’s stage 5, earned team Slipstream the first place spot in the team classification, while three riders – David Miller, Christian Vande Velde and David Zabriskie – are now placed among the top six overall. Today’s 105-mile stage six is underway, and tomorrow’s final podium at Pasadena is less than 200 miles away. Riders will travel from Santa Barbara to Santa Clarita and will face four King of the Mountain climbs and three sprint lines. Watch the tour live and route on your favorite boys in argyle.
