Forerunner Sniffs Out 0.56 Mile Mistake
Everyone knows a marathon is 26.2 miles — everyone except the organizers of Denver’s Colfax Marathon. According to KUSA TV, one runner was wearing a Forerunner 305 that read 26.76 miles when he crossed the finish line — more than a half mile longer than a marathon.
