Stay Active This Holiday Season– Hide Some Caches and Win!!
With the
holiday spirit in the air at OpenCaching, the team has decided to roll out a new custom pathtag for you to add to your collection or pass along as a gift to a fellow geocacher. This pathtag, which follows the previous "skilled hider" edition is pretty sweet and actually designed by the creator of the OpenCaching mascot, Opie. The new pathtag is called, "Awesome Hider" and you'll have to be just that to earn one.
Between November 29, 2012 and March 31, 2013 you'll be eligible to
receive one of these custom pieces after publishing 10 fresh cache listings on OpenCaching.com. To submit your hides, simply email the OX codes and your shipping/contact information to geocaching@opencaching.com.
And, if you haven't already updated or checked out your new OpenCaching profile make sure you log into your account– where you can add a photo, input your bio, and now view both your hides and finds on a world map. To learn more about the new profile, check out the what's new section.
