The Connect IQ store is your source for new features on the fēnix 3. Add widgets and data fields to display information such as your speed, battery level, the temperature or the date. Download watch faces to switch the watch’s aesthetic from a traditional analog style during the work week to an animated sunset with dolphins or one of hundreds of other casual faces for the weekend. For your workouts and outdoor adventures, you can even download faces that show your distance traveled and calories burned right alongside the time.

Simplify Your Work: Productivity Apps
Connect IQ offers apps that give your smartwatch completely new features. Keep reminders right on your wrist with Note2Watch, which conveniently syncs notes written on your computer to your watch screen. Your notes are saved to the watch, so they keep working even when you don’t have your smartphone. Stay coordinated with offices across the country with Multi Time Zone, which displays up to four additional clocks with your local time. Need to keep up with your stocks at a glance? Add the Stocks app and track up to 16 stocks, updated automatically every 30 seconds. Connect IQ features more than 50 available apps, which range from area calculators to apps that display your boarding pass — right on your wrist. The selection continues to grow with third-party developer apps, so check the Connect IQ site often for even more productivity tools.

Head Outdoors: Multisport Apps
When you’re ready to leave the office and head to the woods or the mountains, view your location with PositionPlus, which uses the smartwatch’s built-in GPS to display your latitude and longitude. For help mapping out a trail while cycling, running or hiking, install dwMap, and the GPS will mark your current position on a custom-made or Internet-downloaded map. Download the Sunrise/Sunset widget to display the sunrise and sunset times based on your GPS location. Add the Hunt & Fish app for advice on the best days and times to try your luck in the woods or the water, using ratings based on your location; the moon’s position; and the rising and setting of the sun and the moon. Prefer a trip to the beach? Thanks to the fēnix 3’s 10-ATM water rating, which keeps the watch safe as far as 100 meters underwater, you can take it out on the waves with the Surf Tracker app to track how many waves you’ve ridden and your time on each.
