Santa’s helpers take over Garmin Store in Chicago

Nuvi Things are running like clockwork at the Garmin Store at 663 N. Michigan Avenue. A small army of tiny tinkerers have turned our store into Santa’s off-site factory. The festive window scenes feature moving displays with elves putting the finishing touches on Garmin products like the aera 560, nüvi 3790T, GPSMAP 62st and Forerunner 210. If you’re doing some shopping along the Magnificent Mile, but sure to get an up-close look at these windows, designed by Garmin’s internal team of art directors and industrial design engineers. Dewayne, general manager at the Garmin Store, said, “Holiday shoppers of all ages are drawn to Garmin’s windows, checking out the moving elves and this season’s biggest gifts like the nüvi 3790T and aera.” If won’t be in the big city soon to see Santa’s off-site factory in person, check out the photos and video clips here. And do your own shopping from home with the help of the Garmin gift guide and our Black Friday and Cyber Monday specials!
