The third week of 2015 is underway and this is typically the time when most people neglect their New Year’s Resolutions, and stumble back into their former, maybe not so healthy, routines and habits. To help battle those temptations, we’ve taken the focus of week 3 in the #PathToFit challenge to create meals that taste great and don’t break the bank. With all seven of our bloggers entirely devoted to eating healthy, week 3 is sure to keep you inspired for staying on track for 2015. We know that eating healthy can be a tough adjustment, but with the encouragement coming from our bloggers, eating nutritious can be a reasonable commitment for anyone on their #PathToFit.

Lindsay Cotter, the author of Cotter Crunch, discussed the advantages of eating gluten free and provides five affordable gluten free recipes.  She also includes tips such as rotating carbs and recycling ingredients from previous meals.

The Weekend Warrior: Beat the bland and Make Tasty Meals on a Budget

Just a Colorado Gal: Avoiding Triggers in my Running Fuel 

Heather detailed her favorite running and trail snacks and the ingredients within those products. She factored in the cost along with the nutritional needs that come with each food item and discussed how she benefits from each snack along her own #PathToFit.
