With week one behind us on the #PathToFit, week 2 is certainly going to deliver even more inspiration for living a healthy lifestyle in 2015. Our seven bloggers have jumped right into this New Year and are starting to develop great stories and recipes to go along with their experiences. We know that getting started can be the toughest part, but with these great insights and viewpoints from our bloggers, we believe anyone can find their own #PathToFit.

Whitney and Scott shared their 3 most important goals, which are eating real food, drinking more water, and moving more. Their motto is that living a healthy lifestyle isn’t all or nothing, it’s being better than you were yesterday.

Matt revealed his thesis on how large, scary goals, the ones that make your friends laugh, are more effective because of how obsessed you get while trying to achieve it.
Just a Colorado Gal: 2015: Baby Steps Towards Achieving My Goals
Heather, a Colorado native, explained her baby steps towards achieving 100k in elevation hiking and conquering a 55k run with a smile on her face. Heather’s smaller goals along the way make her grand objective seem much more achievable.
Cotter Crunch: Ditching Resolutions for a Fun and Flavorful 2015
Lindsay’s week 2 write up focused on intentions, and how intentions give her a daily purpose rather than a deadline. Lindsay also suggests adding more color to your meals and trying a new vegetable or fruit weekly to start working towards a healthier diet.
Dorothy explained that it doesn’t matter what is motivating you to be healthy – as long as you are motivated to be healthy and take care of yourself. She also detailed 5 small changes she has made over the past 11 days to get on the #PathToFit.
Love Life Surf: How to Achieve Goals
Christine talked about the notion of practice, where you consistently show up, take small actions and make positive choices. These actions will start to build on each other and you will start to see changes in other areas of your life. It’s central to how to you can achieve your goals and big dreams.
The Weekend Warrior: SMART Goal Planning 101
Justin, the weekend warrior listed his SMART goals. His belief is that the word “SMART” can be a mnemonic acronym, which can help guide us in setting objectives to meet our end goal. Justin believes that if we take the time to write out our SMART Goal, our chance of meeting our end goal increases exponentially.
