The first week on the #PathToFit is officially in the books! Our seven fantastic bloggers have all shared their 2015 goals and how they plan on eating healthy and staying active in the New Year. We understand that getting on the path to being fit can be difficult this time of year. However, each blogger provides great insight on how they plan on accomplishing their goals in 2015.

Matt detailed how each item he purchased at Whole Foods Market makes healthy vegan eating easier and why his favorite feature on his new Garmin vívofit is the step goal.

Whitney and Scott shared their 2015 fitness goals which include taking at least 15 hikes that are 15 or more miles and showed off what they purchased at Whole Foods Market and turned it into three new recipes.

Just a Colorado Gal: 2015: The New Year of Resolutions?

Heather explained how she thinks eating cleaner will help with her asthma and how one of her fitness goals is to complete a 50k and stay active while she writes with the help of her Garmin vívofit.

Dorothy talked about how she is more determined than ever to discover more about herself and learn more about her health in 2015.

Christine shared her goals for 2015 which are to eat healthier, move more and to sleep well. Read her blog to find out how she plans on reaching each goal.

The Weekend Warrior: The New Year Brings New Goals

Justin mentioned that he will be running his first marathon in 2015 and that he will be focusing on staying more active while sitting at his office desk.

Cotter Crunch: #PathToFit Recipe for 2015

Lindsay posted her cranberry basil shrimp cocktail recipe. Make sure you check out her blog to see the ingredients and instructions on how to make it.
