Peg’s Posts: Gotta have sole.
Forget about writing down your daily or weekly mileage. Forerunner automatically stores lap histories — up to 1,000 — and you can view the history totals, including distance. If you want to be really precise, you can clear your lap history when you buy that new pair of kicks, then pay attention to your totals to know when it’s time to shop again. If you’re uploading your data to Garmin Connect or MotionBased, keeping track gets even easier. Garmin Connect has a Reports feature where you can sort by activity type and time period. Along with total mileage, you can view time, average pace, heart rate data and more. Add comments to your activity to note when you bought your shoes so you can refer back later, kinda like the oil change sticker on your windshield.
