Oshkosh G3X Touch Academy

We’re excited to introduce brand-new learning opportunities at EAA AirVenture Oshkosh 2017 tailored specifically for current or aspiring experimental home-builders and pilots. Team X, our dedicated experimental engineering team has joined forces with our award-winning aviation training team to create a lineup of six seminars designed to help G3X Touch owners through both the build and flight processes.

1. G3X Touch Wiring, Termination & Tools

Learn about the fundamentals of wiring, termination and the tools you will need to install your G3X system.

2. G3X Touch CAN Bus Fundamentals

Learn about the G3X CAN bus installation to include tips and techniques that will help make the installation go smoothly.

3. G3X Touch Software Loading and Configuration

Learn how to properly load software and configure your new G3X system.

4. G3X Touch Autopilot Configuration

Learn how to properly install and configure your new G3X autopilot.

5. G3X Touch Familiarization

Learn the basics of the G3X Touch flight display system so you can setup your cockpit for more efficient and enjoyable flying.

6. G3X Touch Autopilot & VNAV

Learn the fundamentals of using your G3X autopilot to include the vertical navigation (VNAV) capabilities.

These free seminars will be held in Tent B behind the Garmin exhibit, and each course is presented three days throughout the week at EAA AirVenture Oshkosh to accommodate attendees’ schedules.
