New touchscreen Rino is talk of the town at Outdoor Retailer

OR2011 Rino When we updated our most popular outdoor handheld product lines at the Teva Mountain Games earlier this summer, we knew that Outdoor Retailer would be a whole lot of fun. We've never introduced four new families of handhelds in four days – and you can throw in a fifth when you consider the rugged and versatile Montana was announced just weeks earlier. And the reaction from customers and retailers has been nothing short of overwhelming. Somehow we made our most popular handheld – the eTrex – even better. We enhanced the revolutionary Astro dog tracking system. We added a built-in camera to the GPSMAP 62 series. And we took one of our most unique products ever – the Rino series of GPS-enabled two-way radios – and made it touchscreen and more powerful than ever. So while the trade show crowd here in Salt Lake City has been impressed with all of these new devices, the one that keeps them talking is the Rino – whether it's for hunting, camping, hiking, geocaching or even search and rescue. This show is filled with retailers picking out products for their stores, and journalists finding new releases to review. But we've seen a good number of these experts shopping for themselves. Check out our interactive minisite and watch the video below to see why!
