Meet Team Garmin in Vegas
Cycling insiders became giddy fans as the retailers, manufacturers and journalists at Interbike in Las Vegas got a chance to meet Team Garmin’s Christian Vande Velde, Will Frischkorn and Ryder Hesjedal this week. These guys made headlines in July during their monthlong trek through France, and they turned plenty of heads this week in Vegas. Here are just a few snapshots from the Garmin booth, where they greeted fans, signed autographs and personalized people’s pictures. Even the team staff got in on the fun as team founder Jonathan Vaughters drew a crowd and renowned physiologist Allen Lim discussed Garmin Connect with our crew.
