Josh Cox on the Art of Running
Who said road runs had to be plain and boring? In a recent “jog” (this pace is making me tired just reading it)- Garmin sponsored athlete Josh Cox decided to show us his artistic side by creating a heart shape with his Forerunner 210‘s tracklog shown in Garmin Connect. Here is what Josh had to say:
“A run is a work of art – when you run with a Garmin. I sent Carrie (my wife) a message at the end of my 13.5 miler the other day, it’s like painting with your feet!”
