January 2015: King Air G1000 Rebate, G950 STC and More!

From emails to phone calls and snail mail to text messages, we’re all busy and occasionally don’t have enough time to comb through our inboxes and voicemails. In January, the aviation eNewsletter featured a number of safety enhancing products and money-saving rebates and we wanted to be sure you didn’t miss! Check out some of the highlights of the January eNewsletter below:

Customers pursuing the G1000 Integrated Flight Deck upgrade for select King Air series aircraft can now take advantage of an attractive customer rebate of up to $50,000. Additionally, promotional pricing for GSR 56 satellite link system is also available, when customers purchase a GTN touchscreen navigator or G500/G600 glass cockpit system.

Garmin has recently received STC approval for the G950 installation in the Metroliner and Twin Otter, which replaces obsolete avionics and extends the life of the aircraft. In addition to this avionics upgrade, the Gulfstream G150 business jet is receiving an ADS-B upgrade. Gulfstream recently selected a Garmin ADS-B Out solution for the G150, consisting of the GTX 3000 Mode S ES remote transponder and GDL 88 ADS-B datalink.
