Jake and Peg: Hood to Coast adds up to adventure
Then Jake takes the proverbial baton at Government Camp and begins a drop of 2,300 feet over the next two legs and a combined 10 miles. Then it goes to Stan, John and Jon before our team captain Kurt hits the streets. The second half of the team starts with Byron, Steve, Marty and Jim, and then Paul hands off to Peg to finish out the first rotation. Repeat this pattern two more times over a day and a half until we hit the shoreline. And throughout the 30-some hours, in the wee hours of the night and the heat of midday sun, Peg, Jake and the team will be posting updates to the blog and Jake’s Twitter feed. So tune in for a fun weekend.
