Just in time for some perfect spring weather, our friends Elizabeth and Josh over at Peanuts or Pretzels recently took a roadtrip for some geocaching and exploring near the Blue Ridge Parkway in Asheville, NC. Although no caches can be placed on National Park lands, there were plenty of side trails just off the parkway land that made for a great afternoon.

“There are so many wonderful trails off The Parkway that this made for the perfect way to get in our exercise after a long, lazy winter to search for some geocaches,” Josh said. “While following the wonderfully maintained trail, we stopped every now and then to admire the views and enjoy this sunny spring day.”

Head on over to Peanuts or Pretzels and see what other caches they were able to find!
