“The sales person listened to my requirements and led me to the appropriate unit as well as explaining how to make it do what I wanted. In addition, he alerted me to the one-on-one tutorial for which I have already made an appointment. I hope the device works as well as he does.”

Not only can our staff help find you the perfect GPS device, but we can also troubleshoot and service your unit. One of our product experts, Gary, "acquired an extra satellite" when troubleshooting with Edwin, a customer who later wrote in to say:

“Since I am somewhat disabled, Gary was kind enough to actually carry my radar unit from my car into the store. He then quickly analyzed the problem, took charge of the unit and arranged for it to be sent to your headquarters for repair or replacement. Thanks to people like Gary and the high quality of your products, I am now a Garmin customer for life.”
