EAA Oshkosh – Day 2
What a show! We’re bursting at the seams with products and folks coming by to see those products. It’s standing room only at our EAA Oshkosh exhibit. If you’re one of those people who need five feet of “personal space,” you better plan on rubbing shoulders with another Garmin customer when you come by our booth. The GPSMAP 496 is a popular item and everyone is stopping by to see the G600, G900x and G1000 for the King Air c90.
Since we get so many questions at the show, we thought we’d feature one a day. These are questions we’ve received from Oshkosh attendees who have visited our booth.
Q. Will Garmin update my portable unit at the show?
A. Yes, and it’s FREE! Bring your portable aviation GPS to the Garmin booth and we’ll update it for you while you wait. These updates automatically detect and install the most recent version of operating software for your Garmin GPS. If you’re not at Oshkosh or you forgot your portable GPS, you can get the same free updates online at Garmin.com.
