Chad McCumbee Hits Kansas
#08 Craftsman Truck Series driver Chad McCumbee visited the Garmin campus yesterday afternoon, and despite the mid-40 degree weather, more than 400 people came out to meet him, get an autograph, register for a chance to win tickets, and check out The GPS Store-Garmin truck.
Qualifying for the 250-mile race begins tomorrow, and the’ll race under a scenic Sunflower State sunset tomorrow night. Chad told us he’s feeling good about his team — his last time on a track he secured his first-ever ARCA RE/MAX victory. Chet, something of a race fan himself, will be tagging along with Chad at the races tomorrow, so stay tuned for a full report next week.
